Almond Bites Grain-Free
For all the wonderfully sweet people who requested this recipe. This one is for you, it's fast, simple and they literally taste like doughnuts!
Ingredients:
1 cup of Fresh Ground Almonds - you can also buy pre-ground Almond Meal
2 Tablespoons of Honey
pinch of Salt
3 Tablespoons of Cinnamon
Instructions:
Place cinnamon on a plate and set aside.
Pour almonds and salt into a bowl.
Add 2 Tablespoons of honey.
Mix into cookie dough like consistency with hands.
If the dough is still a little dry add 1 Tablespoon of honey at a time until the dough is just sticky enough to form into balls.
Measure out 1 tablespoon of dough.
Roll into balls.
Then place cinnamon covered plate and roll until completely covered.
Store in a container or covered plate in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
