Grain Free 💚 Low Glycemic 💚 Protein Rich Cookie Dough Bites 💚
Super Quick, Easy and Meets SUPER sweet cravings in 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
1 cup of nut or seed butter (my personal
favorites are cashew butter and tahini)
1/2 cup sugar free syrup, honey or maple syrup
1 scoop of egg white protein powder
1 scoop of collagen peptides
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
2 dropper fulls of liquid vanilla stevia
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup or more of vegan / sugar free dark chocolate chips / miniature one’s or cacao nibs

Instructions:
Place all ingredients into the food processor minus the chocolate
chips. Allow to process on high until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Add
chocolate chips and pulse the food processor a few times.
Measure out 1 tablespoon and roll into a ball. Place in freezer for 15 min.
Store in parchment lined container for up to 7 days.
