The BEST Green Juice Recipe on EARTH ❤

This recipe alone or as apart of the full protocol, truly supports your cells to restore, repair, heal, transform and eliminate toxins.  When you flood your body with an abundant amount of nutrients, super-doses of enzymes, minerals and oxygen like this, you are giving your cells what they need to repair and rebuild themselves, thus healing and health occurs.

Gerson Institute Green Juice Recipe:
Green Leaf Lettuce - 1 to 2 leaves
Red Leaf Lettuce - 1 to 2 leaves
Romaine Lettuce - 1 to 2 leaves
Endive - 1 to 2 leaves
Escarole - 1 to 2 leaves
Beet Tops - 2-3 leaves
Watercress - 5-6 leaves
Red Cabbage - 2-3 leaves
Green Bell Pepper - 1/4 of a pepper
Swiss Chard - 1 leaf
Apple - 1 

Tart apples only: Granny Smith, Mcintosh, Ida, Red Pippin and Gala
Rough estimate for an 8oz juice


Preparation:
Greens should be washed taking care to rinse off sand or soil that is often present at the base of the leaves. Shake off water or put in salad spinner to remove excess moisture. Cut off bottom portion of stems of chard or any other fibrous leaves. Chop up because it is quite stringy and hard to pulp. This avoids raising temperature of pulp and killing enzymes.
Place the chopped greens through your juicer and ENJOY ❤.  

Special Tips:
I like to place a nut milk bag in the container that catches the juice so I can filter out any fibrous pieces that may get into the juice.  
It is important to drink the green juice immediately after preparing it for optimal absorption of nutrients.  The greens oxidize faster then other types of juices and do not hold their nutritional charge as long.
