BUNS (❤❤) Grain Free ❤

After trying endless combinations of allergen free breads I have found the most amazing grain-free, nut-free recipe around! They are great for burgers, sandwiches and to snack on alone. These buns have become a crowd favorite of my loved ones. ❤ This recipe is from www.wholebodyhealthfitness.com.

Ingredients
6 Organic large eggs
3/4 cups Coconut flour
1/2 cup of Olive Oil or ghee
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon of Thyme (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder (optional)
1 tablespoon Water
Directions 
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add eggs, oil and water to dry ingredients and mix to combine.

Scoop batter from the bowl onto the parchment lined baking sheet forming each into patties, similar to the size your buns will be.  Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.  Once cooled, slice in half.
