Sea Mineral Broth ❤

Super Simple, Delicious and Mineral Rich Sea Vegetable Broth




3 quarts of water
2 - 5 inch pieces of kombu
1/4 cup of wakame
1/3 cup dried shitake mushrooms
3 large carrots
1 medium size burdock root
1 medium size daikon radish

small yellow onion
white miso paste (

Fill a large stock pot with water
Add all ingredients
Simmer on low for 24 hours
Strain out veggies
Save Broth in glass jars
When ready to eat place desired amount in pot to warm up
Add a large heaping scoop of Miso paste to a mug or bowl
Poor warm Broth over paste and stir it to dissolve
Drink immediately or sip on throughout the day


 *You can also make a vegetable soup from this broth, cook grains in it, sautee' vegetables and use it as a base for sauces.*
