Fermented Ginger Agrimony Tonic

This spicy tonic packs healing digestive power plus it tastes yummy too....

What you need:
2 large whole pieces of ginger - peeled
2 tablespoons of pure raw unheated honey
2 tablespoons of agrimony (optional for extra digestive and immune support)
1 tablespoon of probiotics either powder or liquid
blender
large glass jar with air tight lid
sauce pan to brew tea

How to:
bring 2 tablespoons of agrimony in 32 ounces of water to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes 
if not using agrimony use 32 ounces of pure water
place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes on high
pour through a fine metal strainer or nut milk bag to strain out the particles / fibers
place into large glass jar
add 1 tablespoon of probiotics or probiotic liquid from other ferments
let stand on counter for 48 hours 
place in fridge 

When ready to drink, Sprinkle with cinnamon, add additional honey if desired and ENJOY
